Chocolate Chip Oat Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • Tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Handful dark chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Pop all of the ingredients, apart from the chocolate chips, into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the pan is nice and hot, pour a little of the mixture in and allow to cook.
  • Once the pancake starts to bubble on the surface, flip and cook on the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
  • Serve your pancakes with toppings of choice and enjoy!
