In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined, then pop this into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Take a genrous spoonful of the mixture and roll this into a ball, then place onto a plate lined wth baking paper. Repeat this for all of the mixture and place these into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Gently melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave/over a bain marie until liquid. Coat each of the balls in the melted chocolate and return to the freezer for a further 20 minutes until the chocolate has set.
I love to garnish these with an extra drizzle of melted chocolate and some rose petals for decoration!
