Tropical Glow Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large ripe mango
  • 4 heaped tbsp Onken Mango papaya & passionfruit yoghurt
  • 7 cashew nuts
  • Tbsp vegan protein-optional
  • Handful spinach
  • Splash of milk - coconut/almond milk work really well 
  •  

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour this into a bowl and add in all of your favourite toppings.
