Preheat your oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper.
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, nut butter and dates and blitz until really smooth and creamy.
Stir through your chocolate chunks, then spoon dollops of the mixture onto your baking sheet. The batter is rather sticky, so you might want to use two spoons or damp hands to form into cookie like shapes.
Bake these in the oven for around 13 minutes, then allow to cool slightly and firm up. Drizzle with a little melted chocolate if you desire and dig in!
