Cashew, Coconut & Pistachio Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts 
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios 
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 
  • Tsp vanilla powder 
  • Pinch salt 

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  • You might need to pause the blender and scrape down the sides part way through. 
  • Once you're left with a super creamy consistency, pour this into an airtight jar and store in a cool place. Enjoy on toast, porridge, yoghurt or just by itself!
