Chocolate Pudding Overnight Oats

I’ve been really getting back into porridge and overnight oats over the past couple of weeks and they have definitely been missed! These chocolate overnight oats honestly taste just like you’re eating a big jar of chocolate pudding for breakfast! The cacao powder provides such an incredible, rich and indulgent flavour- so if you’re a big chocolate lover, then this will be right up your street!

I know we’re not exactly rushing around to go to work of a morning at the moment, so breakfast on the go probably isn’t on the top of your priorities list. However, having a nice, healthy pre-prepared breakfast ready and waiting for you might help to kickstart a productive day working from home in a positive way!

I’m such a morning person- it’s my favourite time of day, and getting off to a good start really helps me to set the foundations to have a productive day. I’ve also recently been really trying to get back into running and oats have been my go-to pre-run breakfast. They’re a great source of slow releasing carbs and I need all the energy I can get to persevere with this running business! (I’m not an avid runner, so it’s somewhat of a struggle haha!) I also know that during this time, most of us are making a lot of extra journeys to the fridge and snack cupboards, so I’ve been trying to make sure that my main meals are fairly healthy and nutrient dense to balance things out a little!
