Chocolate Pudding Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats use GF if needed
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein I use Vivo Life
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk drinking kind


  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined. Pop this into thr fridge for an hour or overnight.
  • When you're ready to serve, top your oats with your favourite fresh fruit and nut butter!
