4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Truffles

What could be better than the delicious combo of chocolate & peanut butter all rolled into one mouthful with a hint of sweetness. Very few things, that’s what. These might just be my favourite chocolatey dessert, snack concoction of the moment and they’re also so quick and simple to make at home. You won’t need any fancy equipment and they only require 4 ingredients!

I love getting super creative and experimental whipping up extravagant desserts like raw cheesecakes and baked goods. It’s always such an achievement when they turn out successful after endless experimental batches and failed attempts. However, I’m also a huge fan of really simple, accessible recipes that you can easily fit into your daily routine, even if you’re super busy and constantly on the go.

These are perfect for a little after dinner treat or snack to serve to guests! They have that perfect balance of sweetness, salt and of course the rich chocolate outer layer! I love dark chocolate, so would happily;y use 85% raw cacao for this; but of course you can use whatever you prefer here and tailor to your preference.

Ingredients

  • 4 heaped Tbsp Pic’s Peanut Butter (I used Crunchy)
  • 3 Tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Oat Flour (I just grind oats in a blender)
  • 60g dark chocolate chips/dark chocolate

Method

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, agave syrup and oat flour and mix well until fully combined.

Pop this into the freezer for 30 minutes, as this will make it easier to roll into balls.

Roll the mixture into truffle balls and return these to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and coat each ball in a generous layer, then place these onto a lined dish/container and pop into the freezer for an hour to chill until the chocolate has set.
